3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is the official BSG return and exchange policy?

We offer a transparent 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your BSG item to request a return or an exchange.

What makes an item eligible for a return to BSG?

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn and unused.
It must be in the exact condition you received it, with all original tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
Important: Once the packing seal is opened or broken, the item's eligibility for a return is voided. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are there any non-returnable items at BSG?

Yes. Unfortunately, BSG cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items (such as purchases made during our Spring Sale or Quaid Day Sale) or gift cards.

Who pays the shipping charges for returned items?

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that BSG will refund the item's tag price only, not the original shipment charges.

Note: If an item is being exchanged due to a defect or a damage fault on our end, BSG will cover the exchange shipment charges. If the exchange is due to customer fault, the customer pays the shipping.

How long does a BSG refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 7 business days pass after approval, please contact our support team.
