Top-wear Measurements (Shirts, Polos, T-Shirts)
Shoulder:
Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other. Make sure the tape lays flat across your upper back.
Chest:
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest (just under the armpits), ensuring it’s level all the way around. Keep it snug but not tight.
Shirt Length:
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (where your neck and shoulder meet) straight down to the desired length (typically mid-hip or below, depending on style).
Bottom-wear Measurements (Trousers, Jeans, Joggers)
Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Stand naturally — don’t suck in!
Hip:
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, usually 7–9 inches below the waistline.
Trouser/Jeans Length:
Measure from the top of the waistband (starting at your waist) down to the ankle or wherever you prefer the hem to fall.
