Shipping Policy

At BSG, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy:

Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Orders delivery time within Pakistan is 2-5 Days and Internationally 5-15 Days. 

Shipping Methods

- We use reputable third-party logistics provider.

Shipping Charges

- Delivery all over Pakistan for Flat rate of 300 PKR/- Per Order.

- International Shipping will be charged as per the weight of consignment.

Return / Exchange Shipping Charges

- Customer must pay return or exchange shipping charges for sending article back to us.

- Item exchange shipping charges for sending article back to customer will be paid by customer for his fault and will be paid us if item is damaged or not as per customer order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available for all orders only in Pakistan.

- COD orders above 15,000/- PKR will only be dispatched after receiving amount above 15,000/- PKR. 

- Pre-Payment required for all Overseas Orders.

- Payment is accepted in cash and Bank Transfers.

Delivery Areas

- We deliver to all over Pakistan and Worldwide.
- Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Tracking Orders

- Customers will receive tracking information via email/text message once orders are shipped.
- Customers can track their orders on the logistics provider's website.

Delivery Failure

- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt will be made.
- If delivery fails again, the order will be cancelled.
